We are a French couple who began by hosting short-term rentals in our own home, living alongside travelers from around the world and learning exactly what guests value most. Inspired by their feedback, we invested in multiple properties, mastered efficient management, and earned consistent 5-star reviews.
This success led us to launch our short-term rental management, now managing homes across France. Our mission: treat every property as our own and craft guest experiences worth repeating.

Do you handle everything?
Absolutely. We offer a complete service: listing creation and optimization, 7-day guest communication, check-in and check-out, professional cleaning, laundry, preventive maintenance, and prompt intervention when issues arise. You don’t have to lift a finger, we take care of everything.
Do you offer contracts with or without commitment?
Yes, you can choose between two options:
Freedom Plan: No fixed term, with a 30-day notice at any time.
12-Month Commitment Plan: Preferential pricing with a one-year contract, also with a 30-day notice.
How do I get paid?
You receive rental income directly into your account after each booking. So French home then issues a monthly invoice for its transparent management fees, no hidden charges.
Do I need to budget for repairs or minor maintenance?
No unpleasant surprises. We offer an optional technical coverage plan that includes small maintenance tasks (light bulbs, minor leaks, locks, small appliances). With this, routine repairs are handled by our team without bothering or billing you.
How do you set rental prices?
We first align with you on your annual revenue expectations to ensure we can meet your goals. Then, day-to-day, we use dynamic pricing tools combined with our local expertise to optimize rates based on seasonality, demand, and local events. Each month, you’ll receive an update on the pricing strategy we’ve applied.
